The business

Kyler runs DrewBuilt, a residential contracting business. Decks, fences, outdoor builds. The kind of operator whose competitive edge is on the jobsite, not in software, but who was paying $400/mo for InvoiceFly plus a half-dozen other SaaS subscriptions, none of which talked to each other.

The challenge

The InvoiceFly admin was tolerable but limited. Line items dropped silently on edit. No real customer record across jobs. No deck visualizer for selling. Stripe payouts visible in one place, jobs in another, photos in a third. Kyler wanted one screen, owned, modifiable when his business changed.

What we built

• Living App: 3D Deck Visualizer, customers configure their deck, see the price update live, pay through Stripe Connect
• Living Dashboard: rebuilds InvoiceFly + adds 8 things Kyler wanted (multi-job customer history, photo timeline, Stripe payouts inline, integrated chat, brain-explorer)
• 13 admin modules: jobs, customers, invoices, estimates, payments, photos, scheduling, integrations, workflows, content, comms, analytics, brain
• White-label Stripe Connect for customer payments (saas-payments skill)
• Migration of all InvoiceFly data, invoices, line items, customers preserved cleanly

The outcome

6 weeks kickoff to launch. The Deck Visualizer turned a 45-minute sales call into a 10-minute self-serve flow. Stripe Connect onboarding so customers pay Kyler through his own merchant account.

The $400/mo SaaS subscriptions are gone. The dashboard runs at C²’s retainer cost. Kyler now sees every job, every customer, every dollar in one place. He can ask us for any new feature, and small ones ship same-day through the edit-yourself queue.
